The children's staff and volunteers at HBC understand that children are gifts from God. We are dedicated to sharing Jesus and the truths from God’s Word with children. Now more than ever, children need a solid foundation on which to build their lives. The life built on the foundation of this world will collapse when the storms of life come. Our goal is to help children build on Jesus Christ: the sure foundation.

Sunday Mornings

The Children’s Ministry offers graded Bible classes for children from birth through 5th grade. These classes are taught by loving adults who work and study hard to provide quality Bible studies for your children.

Kids Worship - Kids worship is Sunday mornings at 9:00 am for grades 3rd - 5th and 10:30 am for grades K - 2nd in the children's church room. Mrs. Holly leads the children in worship, activities, and a Bible lesson.

Nursery

Our nursery takes care of children birth through Preschool. We provide separate rooms for birth & toddlers, 2 & 3 year old's and PreK. We assure that all workers and volunteers have successfully completed a background check and Ministry Safe training.

We desire that all preschool children begin the journey of knowing God and experience His love through our caring volunteers. Preschoolers are nurtured in an activity-oriented, Bible-based, child-centered learning environment.

Team Kid

Team Kid meet every Wednesday night at 6:00 pm for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Good News is the curriculum used in Team Kid. Good News is new for the next generation of kids - with high energy games, a greater emphasis on missions, and more memory verses that help kids apply Bible truths to real life - while kids learn Bible truths foundational for every Christian.
